THE PROCESS
Based on the collaboration with number of international clients we defined a process of 6 major steps that guarantee delivery of a successful project:

Requirements identification
After a project is started, series of meetings are arranged between our Project Manager and technical staff and client’s representatives to identify requirements. During this phase both functional and user experience expectations are identified.
Technical / Business Solution
When a scope is closed 3P’s team works toward providing a business and technical solution that fits previously defined requirements. Additionally, the team suggests the best development methodology for the specific case. 3P Development practices agile and waterfall methodologies.
Implementation phase
In the implementation phase, a functional and non-functional requirements specification is prepared as a main guideline for the design and development process. During this phase the Project Manager / Technical Lead maintains daily communication and arranges regular client reviews to verify expected progress of the project.

Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance is essential part of application development process as it adds great value to it while constantly verifying that design and development are heading into the right direction.
Documentation
Once the process of Development and QA has been completed the team will prepare a detailed documentation and a user guide as to how the system works and scenarios for the client to easily manage it.
Application Support and Maintenance
The lifecycle of a web application is a long-lasting process that requires consistent attention. First couple of months after going “live” are crucial and our team will always be there to assist with any challenges.
Our Team
Gjorgi is an entrepreneur and Internet enthusiast. He leads Customer Relations and Business operations at 3P Development. Gjorgi is currently occupied with 3P’s first product launch. He enjoys coffee time and night out weekends with friends.
Hajan is well-known technology expert with primary focus on Microsoft platform and tools. He holds a CTO position in 3P and thus helping in identifying technology trends and incorporating them within the company. Hajan is Microsoft MVP in ASP.NET, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and known public tech speaker.
Voislav is a technology buff and mobile ninja. He is responsible for Project Management and also leading the Mobile Development department. On his spare time he is not a ninja but a guy who enjoys a beer with his friends.
